Another good question because effective ministry doesn’t happen over a short period of time but over the long haul.  MBC has enjoyed long pastorates and is a church that values stability and integrity in its pastoral leadership.  MBC has had ten pastors in its fifty year history.  Pastor Pete has been here fifteen years and Pastor Scott has been here thirteen years.
